The foundation for our company was laid in 1972 in Hamburg, where we still have our headquarters. Today, we are one of the financially strongest asset holders, investors, and developers in the commercial real estate sector, with over 700 million euros in asset value and more than 28 completed projects. Additional projects with a volume of 200 million euros will be completed shortly. Furthermore, 250 million euros in project volume are in the planning stages.
This strength underpins our national and international growth strategy, through which we aim to double the asset value of our rental properties located in attractive office districts and business parks in the near future. As a company in the hands of its founders with a non-profit foundation stake, we are committed to sustainability in every respect, making us a particularly reliable and valuable partner.
