The EUROPA CENTER Flow Ensemble offers flexible office spaces that can be divided variably, ranging from small units starting at 370 m² to large house-in-house solutions or complete buildings of up to 20,000 m². Five entrances and a central underground car park ensure optimal accessibility. Ideal for single and multi-tenant concepts – flexible, representative, and future-proof.

Possible rental options

In Building A, small-scale leasing (multi-tenant use) is possible from the ground floor to the 3rd floor, with the smallest division starting at 370 m². From the 4th floor onwards, floor-by-floor or larger rentals can be realized. Buildings B and C are of interest to large users with a rental space requirement starting from 4,200 m².
